The reinforced hollow spiral auger has high strength, is not prone to blockage, and enables smooth and efficient feeding.
– Baling and Forming: Adopting fully imported D-type heavy-duty knotters or German imported Rassber heavy-duty knotters, it has a high baling rate and low failure rate, making the baling process more reliable with one-time forming. The large rope box that can hold 5 bundles of straw ropes reduces rope replacement time and improves baling operation efficiency.
– Density and Quality: The widened and weighted flywheel, enlarged nine-spring clutch disc, thickened gearbox, reinforced chain, combined with the enlarged piston and double-row bearings, result in higher density and tighter quality of the bales.

– Transmission System: Added a two-stage transmission gearbox and equipped with a well-known brand transmission shaft, ensuring stable power output. The integrated reinforced traction frame is easy to hook up, reliable and durable, and can be towed with multi-angle steering.
– Lubrication System: Equipped with an automatic oil injection system or automatic lubrication system, which can reduce the cost of use and maintenance.
