The machine consists of three parts: a conveyor belt, a baler, a film wrapping machine, and a film wrapping rotating frame.
When the bale is full in the machine silo, the alarm light above the machine flashes and the machine automatically starts to wind the rope. After winding one circle, the wrapping wire is automatically cut off, and the machine automatically opens the silo to release the bale, and the bale is automatically transported to the film wrapping frame. At this time, the machine automatically starts to rotate. The rotating frame drives the bale to rotate, and the straw film is gradually wrapped around the outside of the bale layer by layer. The bale rotates with the rotating frame.
When the film wrapping reaches the set number of layers, the rotating frame stops at the predetermined position, and the automatic film cutter between the bale and the film conveyor automatically cuts the straw film. The film wrapper automatically throws out the completed bale, and the bale automatically falls into the prepared trolley, which pushes the bale away and arranges it neatly.
