The Zhongyang SupaTill 1BC-550 trailing & folding speed disc feature’s heavy duty, square tube steel frame.
Large machine suited for broadacre applications where covering large areas in a timely manner are critical. Features hydraulic depth control for easy adjustment and is heavy enough to penetrate hard soils and provide a uniform seed bed and is versatile enough for both primary and secondary cultivation purposes.
Disc gang’s have lateral adjustment to vary opposing gang’s position.
Discs are Quality abrasion resistant 610 mm (24in) x 6mm.
Individual Disc Arm assemblies at 250mm spacings, feature high quality LYC, maintenance free, double taper roller bearings.
Disc Arm clamps feature rubber dampers for a cushioned movement of the arm to prevent damage to the disc or arm during operation.
Two sets of crumble rollers are fitted covering full machine width, preventing furrows, leaving a prime bed for optimum seeding and crop germination conditions.
There is optional rubber rollers available. The high friction main Pivot Points for the Wheel Arm and Crumble Roller assemblies are protected via a specially formulated high viscosity thermoplastic nylon bushing for maintenance free, long life and wear resistance.
This range of equipment comes in widths from 4.5m up to 6m.
